Vidmate Security - Fraudulent Advertisement - Google Play Privacy

        
Dear users, partners, and anyone who are concerned about Vidmate,
 
Vidmate just celebrated its 6th birthday. Within these 6 years, we have been serving billions of users around the world. Thank you for your trust and endorsement from the very beginning.
 
In addition, we have some sincere words that I want to share with you:
 
1.Vidmate is an independent technology company, 80% of the employees are principled engineers who specializes in technological upgrading. So that we can still try our best to keep improving technology and service on our own mission, keep providing the best & safe video experience to our users. It will never change from the foundation, and won‘t be changed by anyone in the future.
 
2.We are constantly exploring the promotion of technology services. It is a process of constantly discovering and solving problems. We keep doing that, together with all the good products in the world including the well-known products.
 
3.Even though we are not on Google play, we still respect and follow the Google Play Privacy and Security Policy. Personal data privacy and security protection is priority in Vidmate. For this, we have also silently finished the following things to protect users’ personal data privacy and security.
 
From June, 2018, each main version will be detected by Virustotal, the top and trustful security checking Service, to make our service safe;
From July, 2018, We have been continuously listening to user’s feedback for 7*24 hours, fixing or upgrading Vidmate based on the problems or valuable suggestions from users. That‘s why we upgrade frequently, and release new version per week basically. Actually, some special features are proposed by users.
From November, 2018, we launched the auto-detection security platform organized by 5 mobile phones in different brands. That means we can track the detection result by Google Play and Tencent Virus database instantly, and optimize accordingly.
More privacy and security test experts are on the join way to make more sure the code won’t invade the personal data privacy and security.
 
4.We welcome the monitoring and feedback from Media and users, it‘s important and helpful. There may be omissions and deficiencies in the history of technology upgrades, and can‘t be figured out and located in time, such as the system permission and bugs. But once we receive the message, we will fix it immediately.
 
5.To our partners, please make sure your services are secure. Do not promote Vidmate with fraudulent advertisement. Cooperation is welcomed, meanwhile we also prohibit undesirable behavior and stop cooperation immediately. In the past 6 months, we checked termly and ceased 2 cooperation with fraudulent advertisement promotion or data privacy / security issues. In terms of It’s hard to monitor and locate in time, do welcome to report and help us locate the issues and partners, we will deal with immediately as well.
